Please remember when ordering that I am a one-woman part-time earring factory with a full-time job. Typical prep time is 3-5 days, and priority shipping usually takes 3 days.

Flat rate shipping is currently 5.95.

Returns

all cooper&brooke purchases are final.

If your item arrives damaged, I will replace them at no cost to you. If your item breaks or the hardware becomes damaged, I will provide a pre-paid label for you to use to ship the items back. I will repair or replace them and return them to you - all at no cost to you.
